You can now "Archive" stores which is a similar function as delete. A archived store will not continue to operate, any custom domains associated with this store will be de-attached, and the store will no longer be available on the internet. To archive a store, you can do this from your your >Profile>Create/Manage stores option or just go to: https://app.launchcart.com/admin/stores#/

Jonathan Gardiner: you can do this by going to settings-general and enabling a splash screen to temporarily close your store
